A male victim was dropping a friend off at a home when Mark allegedly came outside with a handgun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the victim drove away, officials say Mark fired a shot at his vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When officers responded to the residence, officials claim they found two bullet casings and a stolen firearm believed to have been used in the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Crime of Violence, and Possession of a Stolen Pistol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finley Road Elementary School was placed on lock down as a precaution.
