Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC. The party was for a student athlete that attended a high school in Charlotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Around 11 p.m. shots were fired and Khalil was shot in the head. The loud sound of shots sent people running in all directions in a very chaotic manner. Khalil was pronounced deceased on the scene by medics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two other individuals suffered minor non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to area hospitals. A 16-year-old female fell after the incident and was transported to Atrium Health Hospital.
