30-year-old Jesse Garcia was sentenced to 20 years in prison on February 3, 2021 for sexually exploiting a minor, as a result of a probe by Homeland Security Investigations. The crimes were in Goodyear, AZ. Authorities say Jesse was fired from his job as a contract employee with the Phoenix Unified School District for inappropriate contact with a student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesse admitted to recording a video in which a minor female victim was engaged in exploitative exhibition or other sexual conduct, and attempting to record a video in which a minor victim was engaged in exploitative exhibition or other sexual conduct. Jesse pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2020 authorities had come across photos and videos of an 8 to 10 year-old girl that was naked and taking part in various sexual acts. These images were posted on a known child porn website. Police analysts were able to track the GPS position of where the photos and videos of the child were taken and recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
37 photos and two videos were recorded between a 2 month period at Jesse’s Arizona home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A search warrant was served at Jesse’s home. Inside the house, police were able to match decor like wall paint, floorboards, etc. to the background in the photos and videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesse refused to answer questions by police. But when questioned, Jesse’s wife said that the young victim did not live at the home, but had come to visit on multiple occasions, and had also been left alone a number of times with Jesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon release from prison, Jesse is subject to special terms of probation for sex offenders, and he will have computer usage restrictions. Jesse will also be required to register as a sex offender.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
