Kenneth was arrested on March 11, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brad was shot and killed on January 24, 2020. Paramedics gave Brad medical treatment, but he died on the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of continued investigation, Homicide Unit detectives identified Kenneth as a suspect in this case and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 11, 2021 he was arrested in York County, South Carolina after a collaborative effort between North and South Carolina Law Enforcement.
