{"id":10748,"date":"2021-03-22T19:48:53","date_gmt":"2021-03-22T19:48:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3a900c2568"},"modified":"2025-02-24T07:04:44","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T07:04:44","slug":"man-dies-in-bad-car-accident-after-vehicle-runs-off-road-and-hits-tree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/man-dies-in-bad-car-accident-after-vehicle-runs-off-road-and-hits-tree\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN DIES IN BAD CAR ACCIDENT AFTER VEHICLE RUNS OFF ROAD AND HITS TREE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xavier Simmons, 29, was killed in a a fatal motor vehicle collision wreck on March 20, 2021 in Charlotte, NC on Westlake Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The actual wreck was on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 8:36 p.m. A Toyota car that Xavier was driving veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree in the median.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The police DWI Task Force and Crime Scene Search responded to the scene to conduct the investigation.&nbsp;Their initial investigation revealed that the Toyota was traveling at a high rate of speed when it left the roadway and struck a tree, officials say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medic responded to the scene to evaluate Xavier for injuries.&nbsp;Paramedics transported Xavier to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
