{"id":10691,"date":"2021-04-01T17:52:42","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T17:52:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3b00002458"},"modified":"2025-02-24T05:57:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T05:57:02","slug":"suspect-arrested-from-homicide-that-happened-in-2004","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2021\/04\/01\/suspect-arrested-from-homicide-that-happened-in-2004\/","title":{"rendered":"SUSPECT ARRESTED FROM HOMICIDE THAT HAPPENED IN 2004"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On April 1, 2021, Joshua Withers, 38, was arrested and charged with a homicide from 2004 in Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a few years into the investigation of a 2004 homicide, all leads were exhausted, and the case went cold.&nbsp;Nearly 15 years later, new information surfaced, and homicide cold case detectives charged Withers with murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortly before 11:00 p.m. on November 15, 2004, officers responded to reports of a shooting on Reddman Road Charlotte, NC. Officers arrived and located then-32-year-old Marcus Lofewia Fed, who was injured from an apparent gunshot wound.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medics pronounced Marcus deceased on scene.
