Mario Monroy, 18, is charged with Selvin&#8217;s murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around midnight Mario is accused of breaking into a woman&#8217;s home and injuring a 7-year-old boy and assaulting an adult woman. A struggle ensued and Mario is accused of shooting and killing Selvin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selvin died on the scene.
