{"id":10556,"date":"2021-04-20T15:00:47","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T15:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3b60022458"},"modified":"2025-02-24T00:22:36","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T00:22:36","slug":"ice-removes-mexican-national-convicted-of-rape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2021\/04\/20\/ice-removes-mexican-national-convicted-of-rape\/","title":{"rendered":"ICE REMOVES MEXICAN NATIONAL CONVICTED OF RAPE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement\u2019s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers arrested and removed a convicted rapist and public safety threat from the United States to Mexico on April 14, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roberto Briseno Herrera, 61, is an illegally present Mexican national who has a conviction for rape, as well as multiple convictions for weapons possession. As a previously convicted aggravated felon he is an ICE enforcement priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An immigration judge ordered Briseno Herrera removed in June 2012; he has been subsequently removed twice from the U.S. after re-entering without admission or parole by an immigration officer. In accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act, unlawful return after removal is a federal offense.
