Liliana admitted to drowning her 3 kids in an effort to keeping the kids away from their father. Liliana was embroiled in a bitter custody battle with her kids&#8217; father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 10, 2021 Liliana killed her 3-year-old daughter Joanna, her 2-year-old son Terry, and 6-month-old daughter Sierra. To make matters even worse, Liliana used a knife on baby Sierra in addition to drowning her. The kids were found dead by their maternal grandmother in their apartment. Liliana struggled with post-partum depression following the birth of her middle child Terry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liliana fled the apartment after drowning her kids. She crashed a car near Bakersfield and then carjacked a truck from a civilian that had stopped to help her, Liliana then tried to steal another truck before she was arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case is being prosecuted by the Los Angeles Family Violence Division.
