Reggie was convicted for possession of a firearm by a felon. Reggie was the trigger man of a shooting at the Epi-Center club complex in Charlotte, NC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/cross-1330701_960_720.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>In the early morning hours on September 18, 2019, Reggie approached a victim in front of the Epicenter and snatched the victim\u2019s gold chain from around his neck.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the robbery, Reggie was in possession of a KelTec .380 caliber handgun. Law enforcement later determined the firearm had been stolen in Broward County, Florida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The victim chased&nbsp;Reggie&nbsp;in an attempt to retrieve the gold necklace. Following a brief fight with the victim,&nbsp;Reggie&nbsp;brandished the stolen firearm and ran away. Sometime soon thereafter, the victim saw&nbsp;Reggie&nbsp;on the street and shouted at him.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reggie&nbsp;fired 3 shots at the victim using the stolen firearm and then ran into the Epicenter garage.
