The woman was arriving from Mexico in a&nbsp;Volkswagen Jetta car. In a search, officers discovered that the car\u2019s tires contained suspected narcotics. A canine team&nbsp;assisted in the inspection which resulted in the seizure of 24 packages of heroin weighing 55 pounds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The drugs have a street value of $1.5 million.
