Tahj Matthias Ji\u2019Reh Wall, 23, is accused with the murder of Hopper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-charged-with-first-degree-murder\">Officers were first called to Barrands Lane Charlotte, NC where Curtis was found dead.
