Karen was pulled over during a traffic stop. Her 4-year-old daughter was also in the vehicle. Karen is charged with two counts of trafficking fentanyl and one count of misdemeanor child abuse. <\/p>\n<p>Karen&#8217;s daughter was turned over to the custody of a family member. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/drugs\/deadly-fentanyl-laced-drugs-causing-over-dose-deaths\">2 kilograms of fentanyl can kill 1 million people easily.
