On November 3, 2022 at around 1:39 pm, three masked males pulled up next to a Corvette at a mall in South Lake, Texas.
The suspects were in a black Dodge Charger vehicle. They drove next to the White Corvette and used a car jack and a battery powered impact wrench to jack the Corvette up and take off the tire.
The activity activated the anti-theft system on the Corvette which then set off the alarm.
The suspects quickly removed the wheel and tire, valued together at $700. The men put the tire in the trunk of the Dodge Charger and then drove off.
