David Manning, 20, was shot and killed on December 14, 2022 in a homicide at the intersection of Dalphin Jones Drive and Katherine Kiker Road Charlotte, NC. David was a graduate of Garinger High School.
David was shot around 11 a.m. in front of a house. 911 was called due to shots fired. Emergency responders arrived and located David dead. No arrests have been made.
